Uphold the Islamic tradition of endowments:
We are looking for 30 individuals to provide a continuous charity of $2,000 over 3 years. This will ensure we can open our doors, provide unique programs, and plan to build a sustainable model.
Other amounts welcome. Sign up with the link to become a forerunner in this continuous charity for our community.
One-time donations can be sent using Zelle: library@goodtreeroots.org
Payment links will be sent out once we reach our goal.
We continue to add to this list: books written by Muslim authors, books with Muslim representation, or books of high quality that are aligned with Islamic values. Check out what’s on the list every few months as we add more and for when books are on sale. Your donations will immediately reach our readers.
Note: you do not HAVE to purchase from Amazon, but may support any online Islamic bookstore. Once received, we will remove the book from this master list.
Have you collected books over the years and are not sure what to do with them? If you have books that are still in “like-new” condition and are ready to pass them on to a new family, send them our way. Books need to be approved (send images) before a drop-off date and time are provided. Your books will continue to be loved by more families!
Volunteer with us! You can earn hours, will learn new skills, and get to interact with a variety of age groups. See details on the interest form.
